Terms of Service
Last updated 27 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and StickyAim (“StickyAim”, “we”, “us”, “our”) covering your use of the StickyAim website, account and software (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, buying a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for everything done through your account, for keeping your password and access secret, and for the accuracy of the information you give us. One person, one account.
2. What StickyAim is
StickyAim is real-time aim-assist software for console play. It runs on a Windows PC and works alongside hardware you supply, such as a capture card and a compatible controller adapter. We may change, add to, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the Service, including complying with the rules, terms and codes of conduct of any game, platform, publisher or service you use it with. Those third parties are not affiliated with us, do not endorse us, and may restrict or penalise the use of assistance software. Using the Service alongside a third-party service may breach that service’s terms, and you accept that risk. You agree not to:
- share, resell, sublicense, rent or transfer your account, licence or access;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or try to extract the source or assets of the software, except so far as this restriction is prohibited by law;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with licensing, security, update or other protective mechanisms;
- use the Service to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.
4. Plans, billing and renewals
Paid plans are sold as subscriptions or one-time purchases at the prices shown at checkout, in the currency and on the tax basis stated there. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price until you cancel, and you authorise us to charge your payment method for each renewal until then. Each account holds one active subscription at a time — to move between plans, change your plan rather than starting a second subscription.
5. Refunds and cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal (Account → Billing → Manage billing). Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
Because access is delivered immediately and digitally, payments are otherwise non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period — except where a refund is required by law, or where we choose to grant one at our discretion (for example a charge you did not authorise, a duplicate charge, or a documented fault we cannot resolve). To ask for a refund, email support@stickyaim.com from your account address within 14 days of the charge, with your account and the reason. If we refund a purchase, the access it paid for ends. Please raise a problem with us before starting a card chargeback — a chargeback may suspend your account while it is investigated. None of this affects statutory rights you have that cannot be waived.
6. Licence
Your right to install and run the software is granted under our End-User Licence Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your account or access if you breach these Terms or the EULA, if we detect abuse or misuse of the Service, or where we are legally required to. You may stop using the Service at any time. Terms that by their nature should outlast the agreement — amounts owed, licence restrictions, disclaimers and the limits below — survive termination.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will be compatible with any particular hardware, game or platform, or that it will achieve any particular result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickyAim will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or standing with any third party, arising from or relating to the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to what you paid us for it in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we change the “last updated” date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
