End-User Licence Agreement
Last updated 27 August 2026
This End-User Licence Agreement (“Licence”) is between you and StickyAim (“StickyAim”, “we”, “us”) and governs the StickyAim software (the “Software”). It sits alongside our Terms of Service. By installing or using the Software you accept this Licence; if you do not accept it, do not install or use the Software.
1. Licence granted
While your account is in good standing and your plan or purchase is active, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use one copy of the Software on a device you control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This is a licence, not a sale; we and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted here.
2. What you may not do
- redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish or host the Software for others;
- copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or try to derive its source or extract its assets, except so far as that restriction is prohibited by law;
- remove or alter any notice, mark or identifier in the Software;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with licensing, device binding, updates, or other security mechanisms;
- share your account or licence, or use the Software to build or assist a competing product.
3. Licensing and devices
The Software is tied to your account and licensed for one active device at a time, and it may check in with our servers to confirm your licence. If your plan lapses, is cancelled, or your account is suspended, your right to use the Software ends until it is restored.
4. Updates and included components
The Software may automatically download and install updates, and it includes background components that are necessary to operate the Software and to keep it secure. By using the Software you consent to these components running. We may change or discontinue the Software or any of its features at any time.
5. Marketplace and third-party content
Models, scripts and other items you obtain through the Service are licensed to you for use with the Software on the terms shown where you obtained them, and remain subject to this Licence. Items offered by third-party sellers are licensed by those sellers; we may add, change, withdraw or remove items, and a withdrawn item may stop working.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for using the Software in line with our Terms and with all laws that apply to you, and for complying with the rules of any game, platform or service you use it with. Those third parties may restrict or penalise the use of assistance software, and you accept that risk.
7. Term and termination
This Licence lasts while your plan or purchase is active. It ends automatically if you breach it, and on termination you must stop using the Software and remove it from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive — the restrictions above, ownership, the disclaimer and the limits below — survive termination.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with any particular hardware, game or platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickyAim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to what you paid us for it in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Governing law
This Licence is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
